Q:  Why do I have to fill out two separate registration forms if I want to do the Omega 3 Profile + test and either a Basic HealthPrint or Test Only Wellness panel?

A:  The primary reason there is a separate Registration Form for the Omega 3 Profile + is that this test done by a lab outside the U.S. and thus, the test requires separate and special handling.

Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept Visa, Master Card, or a check.  Online orders must use Visa or MasterCard only.

Q:  If I choose the HealthPrint division, why do I have to order a Basic HealthPrint before I can order individual tests the first time I test?

A:  YFH believes strongly that a comprehensive look at the body’s systems is vital to managing health.  A Basic HealthPrint is that comprehensive look.  Furthermore, many of the tests we run are interrelated.  For example, a poor CEA score can best be improved by knowing and improving many of the scores included in the Basic HealthPrint.
