YFH Critical Gut News/Comprehensive Stool Analysis
New research shows that the YFH Comprehensive Stool Test may save us from cancer and heart disease. How is this possible and does it affect you?
How might you be affected? First let me say that many of our clients have done the Comprehensive Stool Test and have had abnormalities which YFH strongly suggests be retested as soon as possible. (YFH will extend a special price during APRIL, 2014 to retest or order this test for the first time. Call for details 877 468 6934.)
· Issues with short chain fatty acids must be corrected as they are suspected of being out of balance with colon cancer. Check your scores specifically for Butyrate %, total Butyrates as well as % Acetate found in the short chain fatty acid section of the YFH Comprehensive Stool Test. An adequate quantity of these short chain fatty acids is required to lower blood pressure AND to have less risk of heart disease and cancer. So even if your scores were normal but “low end normal” you should retest this important information.
· Note that “cancer cells” use sugar for fuel to reproduce themselves BUT “healthy colon cells” use Butyrates for fuel to reproduce themselves.
· So how many Butyrates, good flora and fiber grams do you have? The good gut flora ferments fiber and produces Butyrates that a healthy colon needs to make healthy colon cells. Are you protected?
YFH cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or disease.
However, in certain situations like lowering blood pressure, we have seen certain products and diet combinations work more effectively than others. Upon request, YFH will offer this detailed customized information to our YFH Clients after they test in addition to our written nutritional interpretation. Blood pressure is very difficult to manage so we have taken the time today to provide an example below of the kind of suggestions we can offer to YFH clients that are in need of this data. As always, YFH suggests that one keeps their doctor informed with all health decisions.
If you are confused call us to be sure you understand whether you need to retest now or later. If you had an imbalance of Butyrates and then it was corrected, you are at risk for this happening again so be sure to recheck your Butyrate level. Use the supplements we suggest to make the correction. We suggest the right fiber foods as well as probiotic good flora and other nutrients as identified by the test.to make correction.
If you have never done this test…Please do so immediately to protect your health.
How is this possible that cancer and heart disease can be positively affected by having balanced scores for the YFH Comprehensive Stool Test?
New research from Johns Hopkins and Yale show a probable link between probiotics, fiber and a decrease in dietary sugars/carbs. We have heard these facts before but this time there is a link to the short chain fatty acid balance as well. YFH has been using their Comprehensive Stool Test data to do our own empirical research for several years now, and we agree that the short chain fatty acids have much to do with the link to colon cancer specifically and other cancers in general .
However, this new link by Johns Hopkins .and Yale for lowering blood pressure is very exciting. YFH statistical data supports this theory as well.
What does YFH suggest to lower blood pressure? (a partial answer example below)
· We suggest strongly that the Red Blood Cell Analysis test by YFH be done! Balance those scores with YFH statistical data for optimum levels (not just lab normals) especially for magnesium to relax blood vessel walls and potassium to remove excess fluids being retained thus increasing blood pressure AND use B complex liquid and whole food source B complex tablets to dilate the blood vessels and lower pressure as well as the right omega fish oil to reduce inflammation and balance insulin/sugars, and use chromium to balance sugar/insulin levels. (Remember that bioavailable magnesium and chromium capsules used with liquid magnesium and chromium bring scores to optimum levels much faster reducing the amount of product needed to achieve results. Exact brands and amounts can only be suggested statistically after testing.)
· Make the changes needed to balance the stool test in all categories especially yeast, probiotic flora and short chain fatty acids, and do the YFH Omega 3 Profile + test because the perfect balance for Long Chain Fatty acids is critical to balance blood pressure as well.
· And finally, follow a no gluten diet with only low glycemic and low carb foods to reduce insulin and balance blood sugar. Eat nuts and veggies for fiber and a few fruits. Last but certainly not least be sure to exercise daily (to reduce stress and increase endorphins) or at least four times per week and drink plenty of water to flush impurities from the body’s exit routes the liver, kidneys, lungs, skin and colon. See the YFH Guide for suggested water intake by body weight.
· You may also need to reduce your overall body weight. Increased body weight is linked to high blood pressure due to the stress on the body to carry the extra weight. (Kind of like the strain we feel if we pick up a heavy item and we notice that we are huffing and puffing to carry the item around. Being overweight means one never puts the heavy item down.)
