HealthPrint

What’s included?

All new HealthPrint clients receive a personal YFH Guide the first time they test with us (this is the major component of the New Client HealthPrint Set-up Fee).  This 200+ page binder is loaded with invaluable health information and tools you can use to take charge of your health today.

The YFH Guide includes:

·           Storage areas for each of the three reports listed below

·           Detailed analysis of each test we offer and how to improve it nutritionally

·           Handy food and nutrient lists outlined according to the ones that are best, neutral, and worst for you

·           A reference guide to the most common supplements

·           Various tools including:  Symptom Tracker (for recording your symptoms each time you test), Stress Tracker (for comparing the amount of stress in your life over time), and information regarding balancing your urine pH

·           Articles and information on the benefits of organic foods, the best types of water, ways to manage stress, the benefits of exercise, and information highlighting why all supplements are not the same

In addition to the YFH Guide, each HealthPrint centers around three reports:

    1. Health ScoreCard (ScoreCard)

Your Health ScoreCard is the reason why people choose our HealthPrint service.  It is the start point for correcting nutritional imbalances and optimizing your health.  The ScoreCard can be generated the first time you test with us (I.e. your blood test history is not needed for your Optimum Ranges).

This report highlights any scores that are outside of your body’s customized Optimum Ranges (these are the ranges that are customized for you based on your age, gender, height/weight, blood type, and other blood test scores from that same point in time-not your previous blood tests).  Scores that are not optimum will be marked with a “Raise” or “Lower” so you will know exactly what to do to improve your health.  Any scores within your Optimum Range (the goal) will be identified as “Great.”

The goal is to work on the scores that are not optimum for you – this is your best resource for improving your health and staying healthy over the long haul.  We will clearly explain in the Handbook section of the YFH Guide how to raise or lower each score nutritionally.

    2. Personal Normal Tracker (PN Tracker)

Your PN Tracker is beneficial to you and your doctor as you test with us over time.  This report shows your blood test history side-by-side in one place.  It is very useful for establishing a baseline score and for detecting disease early.  You will be able to see which of your scores have changed dramatically from they were during previous tests.

    3. Official Lab Results

This is a standard report.   If you have ever done a blood test with your doctor, this is the report that was sent to your doctor from the lab.  Most people never see their Official Lab Results under this scenario.  We send you this standard report each time you test with us.  However, most of our clients say they rarely look at it (because they are less concerned about having normal scores and more concerned about having optimum scores).  However, the clients who choose to share their results with their doctor usually show them this report, as it is the one doctors are most familiar with.   It is also the report that doctors can use to diagnose or treat illness or disease.
