with us over time and allows you to know that the changes in your scores were strictly the
result of changes you made, not changes made to the way your tests were run or changes
made to where your tests were run.

tests are analyzed by leading reference laboratories.
These labs set the standards in the industry and are certified as being the best of
the best as it pertains to laboratory testing services.
- Live customer service (before and after your
blood draw)
We are always here for you. Unlike other companies, we have live customer
service reps available to assist you with any questions or problems. Of course compliments are also welcome!
- Proprietary double-check system
Because of our customized computer programs and electronic data
transfer systems we are able to double-check all of your results before they ever get
shipped. All of your results are first
checked by our computers to verify that you are receiving your results and not someone
else’s (this actually happens in this industry).
Our computer will also make sure your results are accurate. Then, a human will double-check your results and
write a few notes where appropriate.
