3.      Do you receive more than just Official Lab Results and Normal Ranges?

4.      Do they offer best-in-class quality and accuracy?

5.       Are there hidden fees?

6.       Do they offer access to the newest and hard to run tests?

7.       Is privacy and confidentiality guaranteed?

If you choose another direct to consumer testing company, our advice would be to ask this very important question—“Will I be able to understand what to do differently to improve my results?”  This question is important because almost every direct to consumer testing company simply sends you your official lab results and a very brief (two to three lines) description of the tests you had run.  There is no nutritional analysis, no Optimum Ranges or Personal Normal level tracking, just raw blood test results.
