Dr. Tamara Sachs
Dr. Sachs, MD has held a private practice in Internal Medicine in New Milford, Connecticut for the past twelve years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Philosophy from Hunter College of the City of New York and completed her doctoral training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Completed her internship and Internal Medicine residency at St. Raphael’s Hospital and Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. She has Advanced Training in Clinical Nutritional and Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Dr. Trowbridge, MD has served as the Medical Director of Team Rehab in Danbury, CT since 1994. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and a Master of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. He attended Medical School at New York Medical College. Upon completion of his formal studies, he interned in Internal Medicine at Danbury Hospital (Yale Affiliate) and then entered his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine & Montefiore Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and he is also a member of the Academy of Pain Management, American Medical Association, Connecticut State Medical Society, Connecticut Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilittation, and the Fairfield County Medical Society.
