A. Customer service… before your blood draw:
What if you have a question about which tests you should order or why you should test?
We have live customer service reps available at our toll-free number to assist you. Our most recent customer satisfaction survey revealed overwhelming satisfaction by our clients in the area of customer service. In that survey, 98% of our clients said they would recommend our services to a family member or friend. Why?
Because we go the extra mile. Because we listen. Because we care. We’re not happy until you are completely satisfied. Our competition? Most don’t have live customer service. They ask you to e-mail them or worse, go to their website for any questions you may have.
B. Customer service… during your blood draw:
Other blood testing companies usually send a standard list of blood draw sites that has not been checked for accuracy much less friendliness, cleanliness, and quality. We’ve learned that the blood draw site industry is always changing. Furthermore, we have seen that all blood draw sites are not created equal. That’s why we have an entire department dedicated to setting up blood draws for our clients. You will not be sent to a blood draw site until we have verified and qualified it.
Further, a lot of other blood test companies only have access to the standard list of blood draw sites supplied by their laboratory partner. We know this because we have one of these lists as well. The problem is, these lists usually focus on the major cities and secondly, they all have gaps where no convenient blood draw sites will be available for you.
What happens if you live in a remote area or in one of the gaps? Where will you go if you are unable to physically get to a blood draw site (the elderly or the business executive for example)?
With other companies, you will be referred back to the list they sent you originally. We will take the time to find a draw site that is convenient for you. In twenty-six years we have never turned a perspective client away due to being unable to locate a convenient blood draw site where convenient is defined by you, not us.
We have relationships in the small towns and if we don’t have any we will make them. You and your satisfaction with us is our priority. Period.

What about after you receive your blood test results?
Most testing companies have no post-blood draw customer service. You will simply be told to “see your doctor.”
At Your Future Health, we offer you three services: HealthPrint, Test Only, and the Omega 3 Profile +.
Of these, HealthPrint and the Omega 3 Profile + divisions have live customer service should you have a question about your results. We do not offer formal counseling sessions, but we are available to answer your questions and are happy to do so. These two divisions do not just provide accurate blood tests. They also provide customized nutritional suggestions to help you know how to improve your scores. We are proud to provide customer service support for the customized analysis we run.
Should you choose the Test Only division of our company, we will also tell you to “see your doctor” for questions concerning your results. This reduced customer service is one of the reasons this division is less expensive. The Test Only division still centers on our best-in-class accuracy blood tests, but it does not include customized nutrition analysis. If you choose Test Only, it is understood that you only need the raw data (official lab results) and access to accurate tests. This could be because you already have someone you are working with nutritionally (like a doctor or health professional), or because you simply want to establish your own Personal Normal levels, or because you are able to understand your tests on your own.
